Is buying the Wedding deal work legally?

Yes, it is legal as once you buy from us, it has 3 type of contracts to govern how it works.

1) The first contract is between you and, which comes after buying a Voucher. That voucher can be exchanged for products or services from a merchant. This contract is our agreement to supply you with the voucher you have purchased and nothing else.

2) The second contract is between the holder of the voucher and the merchant selling the products or services - it is a contract between you and the relevant merchant, which is formed when you apply to redeem your voucher from us. The clever bit is that the payment to the merchant for products or services under that contract is the same payment made to for the voucher. Legally, this contract has nothing to do with

3) The third contract is between and the merchant. The merchant commits to us that it will supply the products or services when someone who has bought a voucher (or is given a voucher) from redeems that voucher with them.

Expired vouchers

Please take note that each vouchers have a due date where you must claimed the services or products before it expired. 

Once expired, you are not entitled to claim any of the promotions or services under the voucher. Please take note of that.

Where is my Voucher?

You voucher will be send to you via email after you purchase, it might take a few days later for Merchant's confirmation or for the deal to be on. 

Alternatively, you can find the voucher under "My Orders" on the main menu in our website. Make sure you login first in order for you to see your orders

Can I contact the Merchant directly?

Yes, you can. The merchant information can be seen on the deal left hand side, usually with map, phone and address info. 

We do not encourage our members to contact the merchant to ask for special pricing by bypassing our system as the merchant will be penalized if we found out that there is a bypassing issue on the merchant.

Refund and Return
Our Commitment

We want you to have a great experience and great saving with Weddingdeal and to give you a peace of mind when shopping for best wedding deal in town, we offer you our commitment. If you use a Weddingdeal voucher before its promotional value expires and are greatly disappointed by your experience due to the merchants unable to fulfill their work to you, we’ll work with you to make it right or work with the merchant to give you a refund. Take note that the refund shall always come from the merchant directly and not from Weddingdeal. We will always honor your refund requests if a business closes permanently, an event is canceled or rescheduled, or a business refuses to accept your unredeemed Weddingdeal voucher.

We also have the following standard refund policies:

Any unredeemed voucher may be returned for a refund within the first 3 days after purchase. After that, all sales are final. Your voucher is always worth at least the amount you paid for it – even if the promotional value has expired.

Refund processing timeline

The refund processing timeline should not be more than 14 days upon our investigation over and the merchant agree to refund. Our investigation time should not be more than 7 days.

The Refund is from or merchant?

It will be directly from the merchant. We will work with the merchant and get back your refund for you. Do take note,  that each refund request will be investigate by us before the agreement to refund. Not all refund request will be entertained

Payment options

We have at this moment 2 payment option.

1) Direct banking to us ( Cash/Bank Transfer)

Cash/Bank Transfer payment is only convenient for customers living in Malaysia. For overseas payment, we would like to encourage users to pay through Credit/Debit card or PayPal option.

For payment through Cash/Bank Transfer, please kindly follow these steps:

  1. Go to your nearest ATM or online iBanking and transfer the payment to Our Maybank account: 557380403713 (Marketing Connection)
  2. Print screen your transfer page if you are using iBanking, or get a receipt from the machine if you transfer through ATM
  3. Email us the image of the receipt/print screen and kindly state the reference no.
  4. We will mark your order as paid as soon when we receive your email.
  5. Payment is to be done within 7 days from the date of purchase or else your order will be cancelled automatically.

2) Credit Card / Debit Card / Paypal

This will direct you to Paypal website and you can use either credit card or debit card to pay for the payment. Take note that you do not need to be a Paypal member to proceed for the payment.
